All active consulting and service work is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed directly between the client and NextPhase Labs LLC.

While this Site may contain links to other subdomains, client portals, or external websites operated by us or third parties, these Terms apply only to usenextphase.com and www.usenextphase.com.

3. Use of the Site

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. No monetary transactions or billing take place directly on this Site.
